I do not get what is that you don’t like about the tone of my writing. I reported the problem in a neutral way, then I did not see any answer in this forum from devs and I asked if there are any employees of Mozilla looking at this forum since it was not clear to me. Or is adding questions not allowed here?
I am also sure my post wouldn’t have been written if your mentioned there was clear communication on the forum and acknowledgement of the issue or in ideal case link to something we can check for updates. If I would have found something like that, I would not have posted and just tracked the issue for updates. However, this wasn’t the case, it seemed there is no communication back to the people reporting the problem and I had doubts this was ever acknowledged as an issue, so I decided to add another post to raise awareness.

This was in reply to another user who assumed people don’t get paid working for Mozilla. Is that not correct or what’s your problem with this statement? I do believe that Mozilla employees get a salary. I don’t think there is anything wrong with that.
I did not miss that. It’s about a problem with not showing the 2 letters from the account name, and not about the problem with the 2 letters in the first place. Plus you are linking to an already closed issue there.
You told me this issue is acknowledged and is or will be worked on, but there was nothing in this forum that suggested that is the case. I would suggest you to inform people also on this forum to avoid misunderstandings among the user community.
