Updates suddenly on Google

Hi!

I downloaded and installed K9 from F-Droid. Why is Google Play now offering me updates to the app?
Is the Google Play app legit? Can I still update via F-Droid?

Upgrading from Google Play will fail. It offering updates to F-Droid apps is a known bug in Google Play. Unfortunately, there is nothing that K-9 could do to prevent that. It needs to be fixed on Google’s end.
