unable to send attachments

Over the last month or so I have had more and.more trouble sending attachments with my emails. Originally anything and everything went now nothing.

Which exact version of K9 are you using?

Which exact problems do you see when sending attachments?

There was a bug in past with sending multiple attachments at a time - but this is fixed in the meantime

Where can I find the current version details as I cannot see them in the settings folder please.

Notifications says unable to send check software.

Go to Settings (the single gear icon) / About (bottom of screen).

You can send mails without attachments?

Maybe your mail account’s disk space is full and it can no longer accept big mails. But that is just guessing…

If you can send / receive mails without attachments I assume that connectivity to your mail server is not the problem.

Maybe also send debug log.

Settings / General Settings / Debugging

Here you can enable debug logging.

Send a mail with attachment to provoke the error.

Go back to Debugging, press 3dot menu, select Export logs. Send the log here.

Its on a phone app - so i have gone into settings in the drop down file - but it does relate to attachments at all.

I can send e mails without attachments yes.

I have been able to send attachments up to a month ago and now i cannot - i have changed nothing my host provider say’s they have not put restrictions upon the

account.

I can receive any size attachments without problem.

Sure it is a phone app :wink:

So, you did not find where to go for Settings etc?
