j’utilise thunderbird sur mon PC et je voudrais me servir de K-9 Mail sur mon smartphone…
apparemment ça fonctionne bien.
-comment se font les mises à jour de cet outil ?
-peut-on ajouter un module pour bloquer les Spam ?

Upgrades depend on how you have installed K9. I assume that you installed it from Google Play store so you will get updates from there like as for other Android apps as well. By default it should be done automatically - depends on your setting in Play Store.
K9 does not block spam by its own. It relies on spam filtering/blocking mechanism applied by your mail provider. But you can mark a mail as spam which should move that mail to a special folder configured for spam mails. That also might help your mail provider to learn what is spam from your point of view.
BTW: it is always good to check that mappings between server side folders and local folders is done correctly: Settings / account / Folders
