TfA: Data collection should be opt-in by default

There seems to be a legal issue with Thunderbird for Android 8.0b1 - at least for Germany or EU:

It sends anonymized telemetry data by default. This you can opt-out, but according to (german) blog below this would need to be an opt-in to be legal.
