Stopped working after upgrade

Emails have not updated since upgrade. No way to refresh! Please advise

If automatic sync does not work please check the settings…

• Settings > [Account] > Fetching mail > Folder poll frequency
• Settings > [Account] > Fetching mail > Poll folders

K-9 Mail (5.735 and newer) supports Push for IMAP accounts. Push means the app will maintain a connection to the incoming mail server and be notified as soon as a new message arrives.
