I use this method for a while in emergency cases. But it is really bad, that this simple and important function is still not implemented. Especially, because it is already there In the manage folder part.
To the developer: please take a look at this feature!

I am hoping for each update of K9 that the folder search comes back. However, nothing since years. This missing (or better: in the past removed) feature is so bad, because it makes me unable to check mails in a specific folder.
Please take care on this “feature request”, because it is really a showstopper for a lot of users which have a huge number of folders on their mailserver.
