Is it possible, that E-Mail Adresses, which are not in my contacts, are saved automatically, after i used them?
Welcome to the K9 Mail Forum.
Address management is currently handled by Android contacts. If you want to save an address for later use, you can tap the participant section of the message and use the buttons and menus there to add to contacts or perform some additional tasks, like sending a new message or copying the information.
