Reply Sending But Not Copying To Sent - IMAP and settings correct

From my tests; replies are actually being sent, they show as a count in outbox although are never visible in the outbox. Then the count disappears from outbox. They do not however, show up in sent folder.
I have upload to sent folder switched on and I am using IMAP.

Is the proper folder selected under Settings > [Account] > Folders > Sent folder?

OMG, why doesn’t automatic find the right one? OK so now I have gone thru every account and set every folder.

“Automatic” uses the folder that your server reports as Sent folder.
