Refresh button missing in v5.800

I have K-9 v5.800 on my Android 7.0 phone. As of the update, there is no refresh button so I can force an email download. I have been all through settings and can’t find a way to activate it. Is this something this version no longer has? If not, is it possible to get an older version of K-9 mail?

You can refresh a mailbox with a “swipe/pull-down” action on a mailbox window or account list. Additionally, this version supports IDLE, which will poll a (standards-compliant) mail server. This is a low bandwidth/battery activity and not the same as the “folder poll” option. I don’t remember if it’s on by default (I’ve been using the beta for some months), but if not it can be turned on under “settings/general/network/background sync” and then the interval set (to as little as 2min) under a mailbox’s “fetching mail/advanced/refresh IDLE” setting. When turned on you’ll see an “@” in the notifications bar with a “waiting for new emails” note.

Many thanks for your help, Njeyaakili. The swipe works like a charm.
