Question about K-9 Mail v23.0 signature fix

I have a question for you.

In the update for K-9 Mail version 23.0, it says under ‘Fixed’:

  • Signature field only accepted single-line text in Composition defaults

I’m currently still using version 22.0 and I can see multiple lines. Did this bug only occur on certain devices or Android versions?

There’s no mention of the bug being Android or device specific on the Github report.
You can see an example of the bug in the screen shot below. There was only a single line entry box which didn’t respond / expand when enter was pressed for a new line, or show the additional lines for signatures added via the manage identities page..

It’s fixed in v23 so a mute point really.

Thanks for your reply. That’s strange. As I mentioned, I didn’t have any problems in version 22. Well, at least it’s working again now for everyone who had this issue. :wink:
