sometimes, but only sometimes, i have problems with the push function - maybe once a week. then new e-mails are not delivered automatically. if that happens, i have to open the k9 app and retrieve mails manually (swiping down at inbox). after that it works perfectly the next days - untill it happens again (mostly in the morning after the smartphone was not used over night). i use a xperia 1 iii with android 11 (Build Number 61.0.A.23.20) and the latest version of k9 (5.807). as far as i can evaluate, all settings are correct (i.e. battery safe mode is deactivated). Can anybody help?

I use K9 for many years now and the problems begun with the “big” update last year
