Problems with (no) encryption (PGP)

Hello,

  1. unfortunately error messages occur again and again when sending mails or replying to mails without activated pgp encryption. Neither save as draft nor send works then. What is going on?
    Error message (see attachment). Only after if I doubleclicked on my sending adress it works.

  2. why can’t the encryption with pgp can also activated via fingerprint (i.e. biometrically)?
