Option to remove "eye" icon from password?

Hello,

we are planning to change email client for all our employees. Due to security reasons, employees don’t have their email passwords.

Upon testing, we found that it’s easy to see password due to eye icon. Is there any possibility to disable it?

If you ask this, the answer is an obvious “yes.” - You can fork the project from GitHub and remove the password hint in the source code. Afterwards, you can compile your own fork of K-9.

However, I do think you meant it in a figurative way for “normal users”… And for that case, there is no such option.
