Not syncing on new device

Hi there,

I’ve used K9 for quite a few years now, and have it installed on all my devices.

I received a new Lenovo tablet for Christmas, and having been trying to get K9 to work on it. It’s installed just fine, I’ve imported the settings from my old tablet, and I’ve put the passwords in. But it isn’t syncing.

When I look at the folder list, I just see the Outbox. None of my folders are there. When I drag down to sync, the arrow appears and disappears really quickly, rather than spinning for a bit. That’s all it does.

I have double and triple checked all settings, and I have no idea what is wrong. It’s not even giving me any warnings or errors.

Any ideas anyone?

Open the left navigation drawer, pick an account from the list, then select Folders on the bottom and make sure that Inbox and whatever else you want synced is actually enabled :wink:

Found the problem. Just needed to hit next on the incoming server tab, and then clear the security certificate error. Sprang into life after that. Would have been nice if it had actually let me know, but at least it’s sorted now.
