Not all Mails are shown in the global receiver Mail

Not all Mails are shown in the global receiver Mail.

Only 5 of 30 Mails are shown. Is there a Button to activated or deaactivate the ability of mails showing in the global Account?
I have installed 15 Accounts, shown are 3.

Do you mean the unified inbox? You can select which folders should appear in the unified inbox by pressing the “manage folders” button in the side drawer.

somehow I am blind or overwhelmed. Which button do you mean? See attached screenshot.

Press “Manage folders” (“Ordner verwalten”) on the bottom of the screen. On the screen that opens, select the folder you want to have included in the unified inbox. Check the last checkbox.
