No “sent” folder is available

Q) Are you using an Imap or pop connection to the server?

Check you have a folder name assigned to the “sent folder”.

  1. Navigate to settings > account name > folders
  2. Sent folder will typically be set as “automatic(sent)”. Assign a folder if “none” is set.

You may also try refreshing the folder list.

  1. Open the side menu to show your account folders.
  2. Tap manage folders (bottom of list).
  3. Tap three dot menu > refresh folder list.
