No “sent” folder is available

Q) Are you using an Imap or pop connection to the server?
Check you have a folder name assigned to the “sent folder”.
- Navigate to settings > account name > folders
- Sent folder will typically be set as “automatic(sent)”. Assign a folder if “none” is set.
You may also try refreshing the folder list.
- Open the side menu to show your account folders.
- Tap manage folders (bottom of list).
- Tap three dot menu > refresh folder list.
