No messages appear in list

New to the client, installed no problem, Gmail account works fine. My own company mail server, though connected (I’m able to create and send from it), will no display anything from my server or any incoming new messages.

Any ideas are much appreciated.

It would be helpful to list device, Android version, K-9 version, whether you are using IMAP or POP3, and if necessary the server itself. The more information you can provide, the more likely someone can help you. Thanks.

Does your company server support IMAP or POP, and have you set up the K-9 account accordingly?

Have you confirmed with your company’s server support people all the items needed for the “Incoming server settings” screen?

At the bottom of that screen, if you select “next”, what happens?
