Nimueh, I tried the same ap password for incoming & outgoing but still can’t send mail.

@Nigh This isn’t going to help you at all but i use to have so many problems with my sky email like what you are getting when i had been using outlook/Gmail etc turned out to be a sky problem, so i scrapped my sky email address and started using Gmail.
My Samsung phone did a software update today & now I can send mail, go figure.
