No emails after update

Hello,

I made the mistake of updating from version 5.600 to 19.2. Now almost no emails are showing up anymore—neither in the shared account nor in the individual folders. I haven’t found a way to change this in the menus. Any ideas? (I’ll probably go back to the old version)

in later versions, you need to turn sync on for each personal folder before they will automatically update. Inbox is enabled by default. The old folder classes in v5.6 were removed.

  1. Open the side bar with your account and it’s folders visible
  2. Tap manage folders (bottom of list)
  3. Tap a folders name
  4. Toggle ‘Enable Sync’ ON

The same is also true for the Unified Inbox.

To see a folders content displayed within the unified inbox, toggle ‘Unify’ ON via manage folders.
