I tend to read emails one group at a time–I’ll search for John Smith and deal with those and then all emails from Arthur Jones, say. The thing is, when the search results come up, I’ll have three copies of every email! After I read one, the others identify as Unknown Sender, but it still takes a moment to open and delete them. Is anybody else having this problem and how can I fix it?
