Moving from POP3 to IMAP

Suggestions please. I am moving my mail from POP3 to IMAP (belated I know) and would appreciate your opinion as to whether to create an entirely new account for the future IMAP or whether to just change the existing settings in the POP3 account

You can’t change an account set up in the app from POP3 to IMAP. You have to set up a new account.
