I’d like to apologize for the extended downtime. There was a miscommunication regarding a hosting move of the forum and we dropped the ball here. Fortunately we were able to restore from a backup. A special thanks to the folks at https://active-servers.com/ who were the previous hosts for helping us with that. They were fantastic and very responsive.
If you find anything that appears not to be working please post in this thread and we’ll get it fixed.
Kinda disappointing that NOBODY bothered to reply to my question on https://support.mozilla.org either. I mean it’s sorted now but come on people - why have a “support forum” if a question like that simply gets ignored? If it hadn’t been for GH and the posts/replies there I wouldn’t have known anything
Not entirely accurate that NOBODY replied to you on https://support.mozilla.org. I elected to privately message you there, keeping your post prominant within the “needs attention section” and visible to anyone who could offer a factual or official update. The other place is a community supported forum just like here.

A posting like Is the K-9 forum down? | Thunderbird for Android Support Forum | Mozilla Support , which is not about the product itself, can easily be expected to not have a response because there are very few people who would know what to do with such a question. @Zeroid is one because they know some MZLA staff (me for example), and I am the other. But I haven’t been in support for many days because of a staff work week and now PTO so I wasn’t aware of your posting. Also, staff generally don’t monitor support.mozilla.org - I am one of the few who do. In short, @Nimueh, your experience is not what users normally experience in support.mozilla.org.
But @ByteHamster had the right idea by filing a GH issue, and I and other staff were aware of it.
There is unfortunately no standard mechanism for communicating forum status. Thankfully this type of situation is rare.

Désolé du dérangement… mais j’ai justement un soucis avec ma boîte mail, (@chauny.com) je ne reçois plus aucun mail depuis le 19 mai… je peux en envoyer mais absolument plus rien dans ma boîte de réception, et je vous avoue que je sais pas où m’adresser pour ce soucis (bien évidemment je n’y connais pas grand chose… ) merci par avance à celui qui peut m’aider
