Trying to access my account on new phone .I’ve forgotten my password. How do I reset. Help

If you have K-9 Mail or Thunderbird Mobile you can go to “Hamburger menu” / Settings / Your email account/ Fetching mail / Incoming server. There you can view your current password.
Otherwise you need to contact your email provider.
