The lowest frequency to poll emails allowed on the setting is 15mins. Could you please add lower frequency. I would suggest: 1min, 2min, 5min, 10min and then the ones already available in the current version. Could you please let us know if this can be / will be added?

I am no expert and will accept correction if I am in error, but I have read more than once that the 15 minute limit is set by Android, not by the application itself. Depending on how the app is set up, it may be possible to use Push notification for every time an email comes in. Those more knowledgeable, please chime in.
Exactly, you can choose between getting your emails in intervals (there 15 minutes is the lowest) or immediately (by enabling push). If you want less than 15 minutes just choose to receive them immediately.
