Feedback on V6.700: URIs

Hi,

I got the latest Beta 6.700 today.
Release notes told me, that URIs in mails will no longer opened, but only copied.

  1. Not sure if I like that…
  2. It still seems that links will be opened as it opens selector for the browser to be opened (I have no default browser set)

The change log stated that the app no longer attempts to open file: URIs. That’s a very specific type of URI and it’s different from your typical http/https URL.

I guess it’s not terribly relevant to most users and I probably shouldn’t have mentioned it in the change log.
