Error: Drafts not saved automaticly

Hi,
while writing a new email they are not automaticly saved when changing to a new task and after coming back its gone!

What can i do?

Does manually saving drafts work?

K-9 Mail should save a draft when the app is moved to the background. Do you use some kind of RAM “optimizer” app that kills processes?

yap, manually saving works, nope no ram optimizer.

Then I don’t see why automatically saving a draft when the app moves to the background shouldn’t work :frowning_face:

Have you checked if the bug is still present in the latest beta version?
Do you have end-to-end encryption enabled in settings? (This slightly modifies how drafts are saved and might give us a clue on where to start looking for the bug)
