When selecting messages from inbox to send to trash folder they need to be selected again in the trash folder to get them deleted adding an extra step to the process. This just started in version 21.

Developers are aware. It’s already fixed in the code with beta 22.0b2 released for testing.
It’ll make it’s way to app stores in due course.
Thanks for the reply, I’m sure they are aware that the “empty spam” option has similar issues? It used to be a one stop action and now it also needs extra steps.
Yes they are. The fix resolved both.
Will this fix also correct the issue of not being able to empty the Trash folder?
