EML Import and Export Feature Request

Dear K-9 Mail Development Team,

I hope this message finds you well. I am writing to inquire if there are any plans to implement EML import and export functionality for individual emails in K-9 Mail.

This feature would greatly enhance the usability of the app, allowing users to easily manage and transfer their email content.

as noted there and in this thread, debug builds can now do this. It’s geared at developers still, but lowers the threshold to be eventually available to all: K-9 mail export (ideally to maildir/mbox)
