Hi,
I have the following way to get rid of emails: as I only read those which i need to, all unread ones are the ones which i want to delete. So after a week or so I would select “unread” to have them organized this way, would go through them to find those which I don’t want to delete and would then: “select all” and delete all.
BUT: I would then delete unread ones too, as they are in the same “folder”
Is it possible to have only the unread (or read) ones if selected ? That would save me a lot of time.

Do you apply a filter of unread messages, then select all from the … menu?
Yes. But there will be not only unread mails- as the read ones appear in that list too… so I’d have to uncheck these, which, well, is just what I don’t want as it is tjme consuming.
Why not leave the read ones out of the list? Then I could“select all” and the delete all.
