Hi all,
I accidentally deleted a mail but the folder setting for “deleted mails” is “automatic (none)”.
Is the mail gone forever or is it possible to recover it?

Sorry, your mail is gone.
As a matter of fact, this is one of my biggest gripes with this SW: There is no warning in case one or more folders is “Automatic (None)”. This is I’m my opinion a great bug which should be fixed ASAP. Explicit approval should be required to have that setting.

Did you check the trash folder on your online email account to see if the message was moved there?
I did. Unfortunately it was not there
