Configuring K-9 with mobile device management

I’d like to use K-9 mail within our business but all our devices are configured using Ivanti mobile device management (aka MobileIron). It is not currently possible to configure K-9 though Ivanti. Are there any plans to open up the settings so that K-9 can be pushed to devices with a managed configuration through MDM?

We currently don’t have plans to add support for configuring the app via MDM solutions.

Thanks for the quick response. It’s a shame though, as k-9 Mail was looking like a great solution for us in every other way. I’m not sure what’s involved but I can understand there may be a great deal of effort for very little demand.
