Is it possible to use K-9 Mail without outgoing server? Just to be able to receive mail?
SMTP (Office365) is disabled for my work mail.

Second this. My work email also has SMTP disabled, and I can’t just ask them to change their organizational policy just for me. We mainly use Teams for internal communication and don’t use email much, so I just need to know about new email arrivals, most of which are just OTP mails.
