The “Manually configure” button when the configuration couldn’t be automatized does not work. It does not do anything. What can I do?

No, it says that the configuration couldn’t be found, and it gives me this screen again.
I also tried to write “eden.morey@outlook. fr”, and then change my account name in the server settings, but it still takes my “eden.morey@outlook. fr” username and nor my “eden.morey@utbm. fr” neither something like “anapplethatmakessounds@outlook. fr”.
