When I’m in the unified inbox and pull the screen down to check for new mail, the circle will spin for a while then go away before all accounts are done being polled. If I stay on that screen, new mail will show up as each account is polled, and I have no way to know when it’s done. The old UI would show that the sync is still running and new mail is still being checked. Is there any way to get that back? I’m missing mail because I move away from the screen too soon and the sync seems to stop when I do that.

i too miss this functionality. especially on slow connections, its useful to see progress.
