when I try to install the latest version of K-9 Mail either via the beta channel in the Google Play store, or directly using the apk the installation process gets stuck, and eventually crashes and reboots my phone. I have installed the lastest stable version of K-9, also via Google Play.
Is there any debug information I can provide or help with?
The app is not running during the installation process. Also, no app should ever be able to crash and/or reboot your phone. If that happens something with your Android installation is wrong. Please try contacting your phone vendor and/or factory reset your phone.
