BankId cannot be opened

Hallo.
I am testning K-9. Why can I not open my BankId for paying the imvoice from Vimla sent by Billogram? There is no problem when I use Gmail.

I think you need to describe a bit more exactly what you observe and what you do in every step, beginning from when you open the email from Billogram which has the invoice.
