On v.5.806, Graphene, i am trying to have k-9 mail sync email in the background. There is an option in General Settings/Network that offers three background sync options: Always, When auto-sync is checked, Never. I am hopeful one of my three accounts (only) can be checked automatically… but where shall i find the auto-sync checkbox(es)? Ty - jet
The background sync setting is to disable all of K-9 Mail’s background sync activities under certain conditions.
To configure individual accounts go to Settings → [Account] →Fetching mail. To disable automatically checking an account set Folder poll frequency to Never and Push folders to None.
