Important and useful sync information are missing in 5.8: last account sync time and error messages if sync is unsuccessful (for example: server timeout error or network/socket error)

Is this now available in some way?
I had to upgrade due to some other reason and now I also miss the sync information. It seems there is no option to make this visible. Correct?
