V5.739 On-demand Poll/Fetch New Mail

I’ve installed 5.739 from f-droid. I’ve got my accounts “folder poll frequency” set to never. In the past, I would just sync or fetch the email manually when I wanted to check, but I can’t see any way to manually fetch new mail with the new version. Is it hidden somewhere, or is there something I’m missing?

I don’t use it all the time, mostly just if I’m away from home for an extended time and need to check my email. Thanks.

Simply swipe down in the Inbox, either the Unified or the individual ones.

You can also swipe down in the side bar. When looking at the account list, it will refresh all. When looking at a single account, it will refresh that one only.
