is there a chance to see the RECEIVED date instead of the download date in IMAP folders and mails?

That message appears to be missing the required Date: header field - see: https://www.rfc-editor.org/rfc/rfc822 - which is what K-9 displays as the “date”. Lacking that, there’s no standard-based fall-back so it’s really a matter of the MUA developer’s choice.
The real solution is to get your sender to send standards-compliant messages.

In my case, I was able to update my server settings to automatically add the date and missing headers in my postfix config: Postfix Configuration Parameters
