Missing emails / No-Sync / Beta?

  1. Sometimes I click on an email and it disappears, not in new/old/trash/spam.

  2. Seems I always have to touch the “refrech” on my Samsung S10e and S10 to get the most current emails.

  3. Should I just delete the program and get it new from Play Store —or can I get a BETA that works better?

Love it since original version, but frustrating at times.

The Beta works just fine - make sure to set up a poll intervall in the settings so k9 knows when to check for new mails.

I’ve never had a disappearing email - are you sure it wasn’t deleted/moved in another email app like Thunderbird or directly in your browser? That would be the only explanation since k9 doesn’t “eat” emails lol.
