Impossible to receive emails

i have configured IMAP as the email server provider told me to do. i can now interact with the server,i can also sent an email, but i cannot receive emails. even after i refresh, its impossible to receive emails

Not to sound like a broken record … but we need more information to be able to help. So, please provide all the information from the “settings/[account]/fetching mail/incoming server” screen:

  • imap server
  • security
  • port
  • authentication

as well as the K9 and android release versions/numbers for your software.

Adding to the above, it sounds like your sending server is ok.

But what about your fetching incoming server? You have to put your server name and account/password in for each email account twice.
