So I know there is an option within the app to get messages when not using wifi, but I can’t remember what it is. I have disabled battery optimization, but still no luck in getting messages when I’m using mobile internet. Any recommendations?
Update: I’m still getting the error message from my previous post, but only on mobile data.
What error message are you getting?
Nothing special is needed, in terms of K-9 settings, to fetch messages via cell data vs. wifi.
I’m getting a 78754 message when trying to connect to Gmail only on mobile data & not wifi. Oddly enough it works only on wifi. That said, I’ve determined that I disabled the feature that prompts/requires an app password.
