On my old phone, I used a right swipe gesture to (multi)-select messages. On my new phone (with the same version of K9 installed), I was surprised that the swipe opened the message. Here I had to long-press to select the message. My tablet (again, same version of K9, Android 10 just like my new phone) shows the “swipe selects” behavior. It is all very confusing.
Since I exported/imported settings, I don’t think it’s something that comes from there. But I did not found any gesture settings related to selection in lists in the Android settings.
How does K9 decide which gesture does what?
